LMAO! What does "The Hon., Dr. Thomas A. Cellucci" - was Cellucci recently appointed to be a Judge - the guy is clown.

It would be very interesting to contact those that worked with Cellucci and get their take on him.

As TenKay pointed out - he has bounced around a great deal - I think he is a used car salesman that overstates what he can do - then he can't deliver and has to move on.

Why the hell is someone with his purported qualifications a pinky CEO - why isn't he the CEO of a Nasdaq or NYSE company?

Why in almost 4 years has Cellucci never been awarded a government contract - that seems very odd since he has all of these government connections.

Why can't Cellucci get a conventional loan for Bravatek with his obviously imaginary government connections.

What happened with the ABHI Whitepaper Cellucci supposedly delivered to Trump - then the SEC didn't get the memo and suspended ABHI.

Cellucci is a fantasizing narcissist that inflated in Vitae.

Can you imagine Tom Ridge being a pinky CEO and aligning himself which SNNC/David Mersky - ABHI - IHSI - LIBE... the answer is of course not.
