I figure the dilution to be done and the R/S to all happen by the middle of July at the latest so NVCN can maintain a share price over $1 and market cap over $35 million for over 30 days to stay listed with the big boys. By that metric they need to maintain a share price, at full dilution (1.52 Billion Shares), of approx. $0.0230 or better for it all to work or they will have to dilute further. That said, theoretically the bottom is close. IMO
