I remember with the other ticker FQCC they moved quite fast. Name and ticker change happened within a few weeks and they released some news. After that they went silent (as I said probably they found out the shell wasn't clean). So based on that: until now they already moved out of Colorado and incorporated the company in Nevada, they applied for a ticker change with FINRA and released an 8k about change in control and the things they did https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/sec-filings/12658028/content/html

So now it's waiting for name and ticker change, and some news. Could be tomorrow, next week or next month. I don't know. All I know is this looks like a real good RM. Change in control happened by buying shares from the old owner, so no need for a reverse split or something. I really like it, will keep adding on the dips.
