So is definitely looks like that merger failed (probably because the shell wasn't as clean as they thought it would be) and now they merge the same company into SWWE under a different name and different ticker (not Fuquan Capital Corporation - FQCC, but Fuquan Financial Company - FQFC).

FQCC had big plans back then, including uplisting to nasdaq, so SWWE/FQFC could be a big play.
