I have read the two documents (after passing through the over-blown SEDAR security metal detection equipment). There is no discussion on the rhyme or reason as to why LPI pps is currently under attack and tanking (eg down 6% Tuesday) whilst we're still treading the water just barely holding our PPS lips above water. Although to be fair/unbiased, LPI has virtually given the likes of Canaccord free rein (incl nearly full disclosure) to crawl up their butt pretty much at will and "mine" as much as they can jolly well carry home using their 2 arms.
