Old shell WAS dirty, BUT they pumped no PR to get people's money.

Shell was cleaned going back years to retrieve past records STILL no pump to get people's money.

Changed the name, NO PUMP or PR

Did a reverse split and gave people plenty of time to get out. NO PUMP

Old shell was a cheap purchase and should have been easy to clean up, but they ran into unforeseen issues tracking down old businesses that don't exist anymore.

Am I missing anything here?
