AG ...I believe...is going to use DLTZ as a way to attach its' subsidiary companies closer to them...and shelter themselves from having to wait for the paperwork and legalities to clear for up-listing to an exchange...in the event DLTZ trades high enough...(Higher than $5.00). There is a lot happening out of our sight...anyone with good analytical skills has already seen it...and can see what is potentially coming:

Attach their now valuable subsidiary companies to DLTZ...give shareholders a piece of the share pie of DLTZ...and when and if the share price rises high enough for DLTZ to trade on the NASDAQ...they are already a fully reporting company...and so too shall be MEDT...who I believe is also coming on board.
