Playing the waiting game, hopefully this game doesn't last too much longer.

Again, it would be in the best interest of the CEO to obtain the license. He already incorporated a business and the sole purpose is to cultivate marijuana. He filed an amendment a few times to change the name of the business to TCM Distribution Inc. from Tran Canna Inc.

why register for a business and file 2 amendments to update the company name and then file a statement of information in December if you weren't planning on utilizing the new company?

Also, where the registered business resides, there are additional businesses that are involved with marijuana with the same address
