Jack, it is pretty interesting to read your posts. Do some math with me for a second. Per your calls to the transfer agent: 280,682,048 X .009 = $2,526,138 is "apparent capitalization of the company" Next Monday, if and when this land deal closes--they will have over 1-Million dollars in CASH. YES CASH!!. They will have in CASH over 1-Million. We know that they have lending activities going on as well.

Doesn't it strike you at being funny that this company could quite possibly may have as much cash as their share price states that they are worth?

They have told you that they haven't retired the 100 Million restricted shares that they bought from the previous owners. They have told you that they are buying back 50 Million shares. If our worth today is 2.5 Million dollars with 280 Million Shares outstanding, and you go and add a million dollars in cash, and reduce the share count by 100's of millions of shares--which direction do you think that the share price is going to go? I will leave it up to you to answer that question. You are literally a couple of weeks from both of those events happening. Now is the perfect time to bash! See you in a few weeks. You may have egg on your face.
