The second reading of the Trickett Wendler, Frank Mongiello, Jordan McLinn, and Matthew Bellina Right to Try Act of 2018 takes place in the Senate on Thursday (the first reading took place on 23 March 2018).

Right to Try requires three readings in the Senate. Thursday 5 April is the second of the three. I would expect the 3rd reading to occur later this month.

It is running at a good pace. Thursday will be huge. Moreso than the 3rd and final reading. I’ll update as information becomes available.
