It matters what Chang does because Chang got all of his shares for FREE. Look in the previous years' 10-K's. Chang held almost 500,000,000 shares between his "foundation/trust" and his personal shares. Now he owns 214,000,000 shares.
Nicaragua (ERV) is valued at ZERO. Big surprise.
Almaden Energy is doing NOTHING. Big surprise.
The "company" had "revenues" of $116,000 in 2017.
The "company" spent $807,000 in 2017.
The "company" issued 505,892,411 shares (discounted by 80% to insiders) in 2017. I suppose you would consider this a success?
What do they have to show for it? Answer: NOTHING, except for cash in their pockets.
