Ive always said the same, good things come to those who wait. However im not 100% sure i like the dry powder comment because my "skin is all in" LOL trying to not over analyze here.

Worlds to me, not that anyone cares about my opinion is like a large construction project/investment
Like building a shopping mall. Going into i knew it would be years, many layers and hurtles to overcome and un expected surprises along the way. But when you finally have your ribbon cutting and 25-50 new tenants are lined up to cut you that check for the lease. The blood sweat and tears are easily forgotten.

I haven't traded my way into a million free shares, or put up money i cant afford to lose but I have built a nice position, i have excepted that anything can happen and i do appreciate the family here on the board who are like minded honest and hard working.

You cant say anything bad about anyone until you have walked a mile in there shoes... i appreciate all of the work, stress, sweat,blood, tears, years of it! THANK YOU And thanks to all of you!

I pray that some day we all have the dreamy cocktail together we all deserve

looks like i better get some dry powder in the cannon just in case i need to fire off one last shot!
