PATHETIC!! Absolutely pathetic!!!

NOX Pharma is their new scam.....reads like that will be in charge of Adva? That definitely needs clarification from the morons! If they just took that out of the hand of investors....look out....that's why people invested in this scam to begin with. That is unbelievable is that's what happened. That's lawsuit territory!!

Still no agreement or progress with Lonza on a drug sample. Not surprised.

Apparently ATLAS made 500k CAD with just 9 employees. I'd love to see the specifics on that.

Loved the pay for the directors though....339,000...not bad. Zero progress, no plan, drowning in debt, 3rd party unsure if business can remain. Free salaries for the scam artist! 113K to do nothing, congrats.

My personal favorite: 199/mo rent for their new business address. Must be amazing. Couldn't rent a storage unit for 199/mo plus taxes in Montreal. SCAM! Mind you, a valuation company evidently valued this place at a billion dollars. Never made a cent, no product to offer, no business front, no workers....but billion dollars....SCAM!

Substantial Doubt about the Company’s Ability to Continue as a Going Concern

The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. As discussed in Note 3 to the financial statements, the Company has suffered recurring losses from operations and has a significant accumulated deficit. In addition, the Company continues to experience negative cash flows from operations. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Management's plans in regard to these matters are also described in Note 3. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty. Billion dollar company right there!!! SCAM!!!
