Loved the pay for the directors though....339,000...not bad. Zero progress, no plan, drowning in debt, 3rd party unsure if business can remain. Free salaries for the scam artist! 113K to do nothing, congrats.
My personal favorite: 199/mo rent for their new business address. Must be amazing. Couldn't rent a storage unit for 199/mo plus taxes in Montreal. SCAM! Mind you, a valuation company evidently valued this place at a billion dollars. Never made a cent, no product to offer, no business front, no workers....but billion dollars....SCAM!

The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. As discussed in Note 3 to the financial statements, the Company has suffered recurring losses from operations and has a significant accumulated deficit. In addition, the Company continues to experience negative cash flows from operations. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Management's plans in regard to these matters are also described in Note 3. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.
