TOG, it is more than that but the article helped.

We have a new BOD’s with a stated Business plan that so far, they seem to have followed.

The prior board had no credibility, and these guys seem to be fixing that and building on Avid. I think that smart investors are taking note of that.

Funny that the prior crooks were so short sighted that they overlooked the Golden Egg.
