There's a reason the GOP tax law isn't resonating at the polls—most people aren't feeling it.

"Republicans haven't had much luck selling voters on their tax law in special elections this year and now we may know why. A poll released late last week found that only about a third of voters have noticed any increase in their paychecks at all and only a fraction of those same voters think it's actually helping them".
