I feel Executives are late filing the 10K because they are severely low on funds and they are trying to secure some funds. But they’re afraid people will dump and run if they release the current financials now. 2-3 weeks since conference call and yet no word on financing.

I’d be careful everyone! Cautiously careful!!!
