Because if it were my business the first thing I would do is protect my assets and their value. TGLO is a shell and is not yet Delfin.

Everyone keeps saying they need a share price of 4$ and 400 investors. If anyone honestly thinks they can't change their share structure, merge their assets into the shell and derive enough investors and a high enough share price after the fact, that's crazy.
