NTIE has been trying to cover all day it seems. Just wait until significant news comes out from the company and then they'll see how difficult it is to cover with actual buyers in the market not guys trying to buy 5-10K shares but people who have been waiting on the sidelines for news to pick up 100's of thousands of shares. Then come the institutions if they can follow through on milestones.

Market makers aren't stupid, they know when people have to sell and take advantage of that on the downside as we've seen; They will take advantage of it on the upside as well. The ask can disappear and gap up over night with significant news.
