Time for the company's management to start thinking about their fiduciary responsibilities to their investors, not just themselves. While unrestrained high spending and compensation made the company the best place to work in NJ, the investors footing the bills have seen 80% of shareholder value destroyed during that time. Sell the company ADXS Board and Lombardo, at this point $8 would be a great deal for Amgen and at least salvage some of the shareholder value you destroyed.
