AS increase doesn’t have to mean dilution. It’s unlikely in this case given that Uihlein (who owns 5% of the OS and is a board member) just gave the Company a $10Million line of credit in exchange for 1Million shares with an exercise price of $5.

The line of credit is enough to fund operations through 2019, and dilution would make his shares unexercisable and worthless.
