the fraud trifecta companies are clearly involved in fraud.

That is why all three were suspended for fraud and will remain on the grey market until one or more of them that may be SEC-registered gets the little administrative proceeding showing they have agreed with the SEC to be have their registration revoked and never trade on the public market again.

Ask the CEO of CHIT about this development and when they will get revoked?
