They reverse split the stock in 2016, 1:1000 when the stock stood at $0.0001 x $0.0002. From my recollection, they had 78M common that day when the stock opened at $0.14. The stock proceeded down and bottomed at $0.0010 from $0.14 over many months. It traded around $0.0075 when the acquisition took place. I believe they now have 600+M shares which includes 300M preferred for the acquisition.
