Agree 100% Smile. QSEP will let AOT far exceed expectations, therefore I'm extremely confident that these short 30-60 pilot's will go very well and lead to system-wide insallations. The first system-wide installation will be H U G E for this company and the share. It will mean adoption, and literally an unlimited backlog of business. Even with one permanent installation would be enormous for this company, although why would a pipeline company put only one AOT to work, they likely won't, they will install multiple units across the entire pipeline.

I am excited to report the first of these three potential pilots has received preliminary approval and has moved from concept to planning phase, targeting pilot installation in July 2018. We are now working diligently to finalize project details and definitive documents.

Share Price jumped 60% on the news above!!!!!!!!

How much will it jump when the below moves to contract.

This share is going to boom!!!!!!

3 pilots could push it to $5 and beyond
The below, well you can try to do some maths.

In October, we completed laboratory testing at Temple University on crude oil samples provided by a prospective customer from the Middle East,

And are now preparing to run laboratory tests on a crude oil sample recently provided by a U.S. midstream oil company.

Shannon Rasmussen, our VP of Engineering, and I will be traveling in early November to meet with 7-8 prospective customers in three South American countries that transport heavy crudes and are highly reliant on naphtha, a very expensive source of diluent.

We are also advancing our discussions with companies in Europe and China.

Mr. Rasmussen is in the process of expanding our product line to include Upstream AOT -- designed to operate in the upstream and gathering market, and meet specific requirements of prospective customers in South America; and AOT XL -- a design initiated several months ago with four times the capacity of our standard Midstream AOT, designed to meet demands of very high-volume operations and space-constrained operations such as an off-shore oil platform.

We are now in negotiations on terms of a Letter of Intent (LOI) detailing the preliminary scope and terms of a pilot project subject to crude oil sample laboratory testing and analysis to improve on our preliminary estimates and optimize the pilot site AOT configuration.

Overall, we are looking forward to a very busy 2018 in South America.

We are also very excited by opportunities in Asia, having recently reopened discussions with an Asian crude oil company with prior experience testing AOT equipment in the field. Although these discussions are early stage, we have provided a draft LOI and hope to move quickly based on their experience and familiarity with QS Energy and our technology.

After operating AOT on a condensate (ultralight) pipeline in Texas, we continue to work with this midstream operator to locate a new test site on a pipeline transporting heavier crude to demonstrate greater benefit from AOT viscosity reduction.

We are also in active discussions with several other U.S. and Canadian midstream companies regarding a pilot project allowing for data transparency.

We are working closely with one midstream operator with an expressed interest in using AOT to alleviate pipeline bottlenecks in the Southern United States
