Well, it's not as much info as I'd like, but it is a step taking the company from a shell to something with value (hopefully). Also worth noting the suspicion of this information was enough to make the PPS do the huge jump a couple months back.

Thus far the new CEO has managed to carry through on each of his promises in a timely fashion. Hopefully this continues.
