I really do not know how an investor can avoid these pitfall companies when basically, if you intend to trade with pinkies you inevitably will be buying into one. Dilution and R/S is SOP's for startups. Goes without saying that SOUM is one.

Leverage plays a great amount in deciding to invest. Greater number of shares at lower pricing also means that you can expect a high A/S and O/S with corresponding high float.

Likewise, a large A/S is a cash cow. A means of cash for the company's use when other sources of financing is unavailable. Often, pure survival means AND prone to abuse if company chooses to do so.

WE KNOW THAT! But where else can the average small investor realize great gains like the BIG BOYS if we happen to make the right choice. We also know the chances of that is VERY SMALL. Yet we continue to throw darts at the board in hopes of hitting the bulls eye.

SOUM will succeed IMO. It does have merit. It is beginning to show signs if viability in the market place with potential of growing revenues likely.

Early investors paid a high price to get them there!
SOUM used and abused so many loyal longs who saw the promise yet did not see how management could mismanage their investments. So often, early investors get the screw while newbies now stand a chance to profit where we have failed. SOUM does not deserve our loyalty.
