OT: I held WAMKQS. When POR6 came out the Ks fell from 22 cents to below 5 cents. Luckily, I sold during the run. I bought my Ks sub penny at .004. Wamu treated me very well.

I don't recall the incident, but the Piers fell at some point. I think from 22 dollars to roughly 5. What was that about? I do not remember. But, eventually you are right they got 51%. I did not have any piers because at the time, I rather play the cheaper preferreds at sub penny where I can accumulate many shares.
