The shares were given out when the stock price was .015 The CEO got a $150,000 bonus. I dont know what her salary is but i believe it's not 200k a year. i think she went years with a lower salary and this makes up for years of hard work and being under compensated. So this was a long over due bonus and it's only worth anything if the price goes up over the next year. Not to mention these employees who received these bonus shares believe in the company more than we do so do you actually believe they will sell next January, probably not.
