Cellucci has served as a local volunteer firefighter for over 30 years and was commissioned as an Admiral in the Texas Navy by Governor Rick Perry in 2008.

This is a new one to me... I've seen stinky pinky CEOs who pay to be in bogus "Who's Who" Directories of Business...

But none who paid (contributed) to an organization for an honorary title AND THEN ACTUALLY USED IT!

Wotta hoot. The man is either delusional or a very low-rent con man.

And don't even get me started on his use of "The Honorable" honorific...
