The SEC doesn't accept offers like that. It was a done deal before hjoe belatedly got around to sending their 'response'.
It's normal SEC wording when filing these events to the public.
There was no special treatment or separate deals cut with hjoe. None.
And the other companies did respond but were of different categories than hjoe.




No HJOE was the only company to respond to the SEC. While the other companies never responded. The SEC made this very clear in their administrative proceedings.
