So where are the financial statements showing this to be a billion dollar company? Whats the excuse when they are filed and do not show jack? Can't wait to hear the stories.

Considering the fact that everyone keeps wanting to overlook being if there really was some billion dollar acquisition that occurred in the past, it would be considered a material event and would have to have been filed within days of the deal being executed and made public knowledge, there will be no surprise at all when the fins show zilch.

Getting a yield sign next week due to lack of filing.

At this point, why file and spill the beans? Let it go yield and let the speculation continue which is what this thing has run on from day 1 anyways. Will love the entertainment and reading the posts on why losing the current information designation was the company's plan all along and a positive thing for the shareholders.

This stock imo is a prime example of why the OTC markets has the reputation it does. Get rid of this type of garbage and it makes the exchange a better place. More importantly, don't let this type of crap progress this far.
