UPZS did not ACQUIRE Christopher Street Products.

They have a distribution agreement with CHRISTOPHER STREET LLC.

Christopher Street Products is not a registered company in the state of NY.

UPZS lists C S P as a subsidiary, ABSOLUTE LIES.

The president of C S P " Vinny Viola " does not answer his phone, goes to voice mail.

C S P operates out of a small liquor store in Staten Island NY.

UPZS WEBSITE IS FULL OF MISLEADING INFORMATION, PLEASE DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE INVESTING IN THIS COMPANY.
