That's quite a winter y'all have had in the Northeast. I feel for you.

We got more snow on the first day of April, than we did all year here in West-central Illinois. I'm just lazy and find the winters hurt more, the older I get.

I never have made tea out of my compost. Do you have a good way of making quite a bit?

I'm looking at a "Growers Supply" catalog right now. I want to make my own greenhouse and thinking the polycarbonate twin walled panels look like something I'd like to pursue. I'm thinking I'd like to be able to replace some of the solid panels with screen for a summertime application. The cabbage moths always destroy my broccoli and Brussel sprouts, I'm wondering if growing them in a screened in room might work?
