Yep, the only help that FINRA and SEC consider relevant is "Buyer Beware". They certainly have the ability and capability to help. I guess they feel they have no responsibily.

I will only play a couple of the guys who have really good reputations with successful RM's. David Lazar, Joseph Arcaro and After reading his bio, I would trust Richard Oravec. I am sure there are many more.
