Yes every holder should file a complaint with FINRA. The more complaints the better the odds they look into this. I like you think there is some unethical behavior here but I believe its coming from Harry. But regardless what side of the fence we stand only FINRA can help get it resolved. Chances are the stock will be suspended regardless who is at fault here now.

I would personally suggest getting out before it is suspended from trading. I wouldnt be surprised if its suspended Monday.
