Your so called "massive" dilution leaves the float under 200 million. If you're educated even a little bit in the OTC you'd be thrilled to have a float like this, heck even 500 million more shares would still send this to penny land, so the dilution comments are redundant as this is the OTC, EVERY stock has dilution. That's why they go public FYI, to raise funds.

Fact is, in Feb they did a RS that took the float to 34mil. After that NO shares have been sold under 001 so at this point is rock bottom. You seen how this moves when dilution lifts, see you in the green ; )
