$CYIO$ >>> It looks like we are down to two scenarios......

1. WORST CASE IS "KNOWN". We pay the fines and move on.

2. BEST CASE IS "PENDING" We go to Federal District Court. "IF" we lose it is back to #1. "IF WE WIN" >>> We could get ALL charges dismissed PLUS as much as $5 MILLION in damages awarded. A long shot but ????
