Sever-ance, u might be right on your thoughts, Spy is in a Down-Trend, playing UNDER the Yearly OE Pivot, 266.51, and has spent Waaaay too long under the R1(263.18) and failed to CLOSE above on Thursday, hence, we'll be Fade-ing our calls on ANY up-age in anticipation of a violation of the R2(258.95)!!??

Me 4cast shows Spy opening up around 262.50, climbing to make a higher high(tagged 265.26 Thursday), just above 265.26 to lure in da-bulls, then your scenario plays out, could even violated the 252.92 Low of the year and tag the 9 day bar 40 moving average at 246.90???
