The outerweb is ecstatic they actually think that April will be the BIG month from what they gathered from the conference call. They think the funding will be released and the cross bones removed and legal settlements paid. Can’t wait to read the spin when April comes and goes and nothing happens. I guess they will do what they’ve been doing for years just move the bar again say by Sept. and then Dec. and then 2019. On and on forever.
