People want a perfect world, where no shares are handed out. That's just not happening. That's why I am alright with it too, wasn't ideal, but it's never going to be ideal. I just laugh, because the same people complaining are the same ones that begged for management to deliver shares in lieu of bonuses, primarily for compounding pharmacist. But if management felt it was time for bonuses after 5 years of great progress, then they took the share route. Would have griped if they used cash too.
