The Capital structure is probably
lowering Market Cap and making it more difficult to raise money.

The Dr wants the abitity to raise capital like public co without need to let shareholders choose leadership..
IMO.. based upon voting rights outlined for preferred stock.

They just raised over$200,000 last week!
Very positive.
