This is the kind of thing that I have referred to in previous posts. For an expanding and aquiring company like China Direct, It only makes sense to attempt to maintain shreholder value, i.e. PPS. It opens more opportunities and it makes the deals so much more favorable

I don't know what Howards strategy is really. I'm sure that he is smarter than me.
