Well, I was responding to your thought, some words "buyout trade" and so I pondered for a moment and checked a few things crudely, and could not see your trail of cookie crumbs.

For CVM I am reluctant to map it to any great degree, it is not a 'technicals' for me.

The reasonings regarding share-structure, who might be positioning how are intriguing, watching the splits and warrants, etc., is educational.

I just have no interest acting on any of that. When I have time to consider things, it is kind of fascinating because hate it or hate it, these guys have pretty good kung fu with all this crap that really should not matter so much.

Kinda like, if half the energy that goes in to maintaining, fixing, regulating, and reporting... raising funds... etc., went in to some actual science, THEN there should be some marketable product of some kind. ( a few of them for that amount of work )

This space of running a 30 year fund-raising is COMPLETELY ALIEN to my way of thinking about the world and how to analyze design develop test revise, and worry more about marketing campaign details and support overhead... ( in a mere matter of months )

I really really mean it that this CVM is more about education for me.
( and the potential that I do recognize if a fundamental "hit" works out )
