I would not be surprised if Carl retires as a failure (he's a failure anyway) within the next few months.

Doing some due diligence, I went to the California Secretary of State website and did a business search. VIASPACE Inc is no longer licensed to conduct business in California. Their business license has been forfeited.

But, Haris filed a business license under the name of VIASPACE California Inc.

Could a change in business be coming soon? Reverse split? Will Carl go into "retirement" after fleecing the REAL shareholders of $55 million dollars in order to travel the world and buy himself a vacation home in Nicaragua, using shareholder money, all while telling tall tales of phantom green energy projects?

The VIASPACE California Inc. business address is 6986 Queenswood Way, San Jose, CA. The dumpy house is owned by Haris Basit. The same address of Almaden Energy, the empty company that was supposed to develop GKG as an animal feed.

Time will tell.
