The dilution needs to be addressed first. If we get any good news that puts us on a path to a bid, we get shares barfed onto the SS. That's what happened a few weeks ago.

Perhaps we could do a bulk PAS deal where the intestinal costs are a bit high to fix the SS, but once the SS has been addressed the PAS customers get good deals going forward.
