Share price target of $2.50 for $TGLO with a R/M with Delfin Midstream and a $1,000,000,000 market cap.

10k filed 3-30-2018 now showing Delfin gave TGLO a bridge loan.

Direct comparisons with two LNG players who went public via R/M, apples to apples, oranges to oranges.

TELL - $1.6 billion market cap, $138m in cash, $25m in Property Plant & Equipment, Zero revenue and behind Delfin Midstream in actually starting LNG project.

#'s straight from their latest 10Q:

NEXT - $500m market cap, $35m in cash, $70m in Property Plants & Equipment, Zero revenue and a couple of years behind Delfin Midstream.

So if Delfin valued right in the middle of both and end up with $75m in cash, $50m in PP&E and a $1 billion market cap, that puts PPS at $2.5 per share.

Obviously the market gives LNG upstarts very generous valuations. Delfin Midstream being the most advanced will get the same if not better. This is not some pie in the sky concept, two other LNG companies found investors willing to buy shares giving them valuations in the billions knowing their assets and lack of revenue. Delfin will be able to do the same for a similar amount.
