well josbor that's an interesting point. if a company is losing money every year, then it is going deeper in debt and eventually bankrupt unless that changes.
these days many companies like you suggest are very much bankrupt, but they stay in business due to gov support/bailout etc. However sgmd will probably not get that. So we need sgmd to have positive bottom line at some point and not go bankrupt. But in order for us to judge their viability we need to see the filings which show details , etc. and we need much transparency from them. And most importantly until we see that, sgmd is subject to predatory price manipulation/shorting which is the reason I expect it to go down for a time.
