They need to sever the existing shareholders to transfer the “latent equity” (if you will) to their Bankster buddies. It is stated as $5 trillion debt but it’s monetized so the jackpot is massive. They have been salivating over this transfer of un-imaginable wealth for over 10 years now.

They all must be rolling on the floor laughing at us with cigars and cognac in complete disbelief that multi-levels of fraud and lies have been allowed to stand for 10 years now.
