Based on what you quoted O/S will be pretty thin 1.481.249 or 1.851.561 shares ....
That said the amount of shares 210/GS will buy for $17mm are 725.812 or 907.265 (49% stake). If so they are actually valuing their shares around 23$ per share.

STILL VERY RISKY HERE though, as you said, and we still have to understand how and if all the plan will go trough.
