I agree 100%. The only chance for any type of resolution would be going after Harry. OTCM even if wrong can simply claim they were protecting shareholders. But Harry is to blame for this mess and a class action lawsuit is the only legal option for holders. I doubt that it would ever get any type of restitution but its the only option at this point. Even the PR firm and Lawyers kept telling holders everything was fine. If what Harry is saying were true why would they say everything was fine?
