I am in the same boat and not convinced ...but my gut tells me I am 90% sure that the Canoe deal -if there ever was one - is DEAD ......

I surmise the best way for this to end IMO is ..... PO8 funding round , PO8 (private co) then buys the SANP shell via reverse merger and becomes another RANJOSE pivot - now we are a public treasure hunting co.

Timeframe : not any time soon - probably happens late this yr ?????

All speculation here as we have NOTHING....IMO.

An amateur investor. Hope everybody makes money here !
